Dallas doesn’t have the best selection of Chinese restaurants either.
I’ve tried a lot of the big name Dallas places as well as some in the Asian areas in Richardson and Garland and none of them are stellar
In general, there are a lot more good Thai, Vietnamese and sushi restaurants than there are Chinese.

Find the upper middle class Asian neighborhoods to locate the best Asian restaurants Ideally, the menu will be written in a language you don’t recognize

Have not had a bad item yet and by far the best Crab Rangoons I've ever had, hands down. Hokkaido Sushi and Steak houseCant get that link to work, try this.... Hokkiado

A few years ago I was in Hong Kong, walking on a water front street I stopped at an open air butcher shop, noticing a selection of ready animals and fowl hanging, I asked the owner, " I think that looks like a cat there, and thought they were sacred to you people" He looked up and said "You right, GI, my cat sacred, that cat not my cat"
Oh well, his Brother was a hell of a tailor.
You bettcha! oofta!
