My wife just got one of these. What do you guys cook in them? She made chicken and dumplings in it tonight. That recipe is never going to be used again and I hope I wake up tomorrow.

The thing is great for chicken.Pulled chicken is awesome
I am not a big fan of it myself. It meshes all the flavor together.

I have used it for chickens, pot roast, and corned beef. It works, but I think I still prefer a crock pot.

I don't really like croc pot chicken, but instapot chicken is weird because it makes the bones soft and flexible.
