Usually with Italian sausage (spicy), sometimes with meatballs. Sauce recipe handed down from my sainted 50%-Italian mother.

If you make it at home, try making the meatballs out of Italian sausage. Just brown them in a skillet before adding to sauce,
It will add some additional flavors to the meal.

I’m just not a spaghetti guy. It might be because the wife makes it very bland I lather mine in taco bell hot sauce. So good.

Meat sauce and only made with San Marzano tomatoes. Often add some Italian sausage as well. Meatballs on very rare occasion but even then still meat sauce.
