I was out there on 12/7/19 as well. I can catch tons of small fish (stripers and whites) but nothing of any size. Huge schools on the graph. All deadsticking small and large flukes and slab spoons. I have been fishing 1/4 mile north and 1/4 mile south of the bridge.
Not sure what to change to get into larger fish. I will admit that I can't really pick out smaller fish vs. larger fish on my Helixs. I am in the black and grey alum Excel center console if you ever see me out there give me a holler.

Which bridge are you referring to?

If you give a man a fish you feed him for the day, But if you teach him how to fish you feed him for life.

I was out yesterday morning and marked a lot of fish in and around the White Bluff / Steele creek area just off the river channel. All fish were in 35' to 50' of water but weren't active. I threw everything I had at them and couldn't buy a bite.

Same here. Couldn’t get a bite when the graph was full of striper. Wore out the white bass though.

Stripers seemed to have moved up into the river. All the usuall winter striper holes are full of sand bass. So we decided to fish the river and found them. They were hungry and pissed off. Some of the larger fish we caught so far, average of about 5 lbs and full of threadfin shad and eggs. The stripers are scattered so best not to look for large schools. We would see a few fish near the bottom and it was multiple hook ups.Found most of them in 18-20 fow about 1-3' off the bottom dead sticking pink plastics

One interesting thing we noticed was that all fish caught were caught while moving up river. Never could get bit going through the same small groups of fish in the opposite direction. Turn around go back up river and Bam fish on.

Had to do a lot of searching today but finally found some that were hungry. Went to several places and found fish but most were not very active. The stripers are hanging near the bottom, dead sticking pink flukes worked again today about 1 1/2 - 3 cranks off the bottom. There is a ton of shad in the river

Here is what to look for

Great screen shots, I guess I need to get down and try it. How is the ramp at the state park?
