I was about that age when I had my first Coors Light also  .....good times Dad was non existent at that age I was busy stealing moms bartle and James strawberry daiquiri wine coolers ... I’d swipe them off the coffee table and run ! She would chase me as I tried to chug em lol

Cool! I taught my daughter to shoot when she was about that age. Now at 30, she is a great shot. She just talked to me a week or so ago about her and her husband wanting to teaching their boy's to shoot soon. They are only 3 and 4 1/2 so it is a little soon for them . That cricket is a perfect teaching tool . Small , single shot ,Bolt action , and you still have to [censored] it after the fact ( less accident prone ) And it’s cheap great Xmas present

Hope you’ve seen the video of the little girl who lost control of the AR and was shooting everything including the instructor. Just be really careful is the moral of that story..... Actually that was a Full Auto Uzi Machine Gun not an AR. Still taking every precaution to prevent an accident is what is needed. I started our kids out with a 10-22 but only loaded 1 in the magazine till they had the basics down. All of them are now gun owners as are their spouses, all but one of the have the carry permits. Well done Nickbyrd, mine would ask for bricks of 22 shells for Christmas.
