I wouldn't want to tarnish a new coach's record with this team.

Why would Garrett step down when he has the team going along the right track?

It's all about the process, which this team isn't buying into.

Clean out the entire coaching staff! This team is bad in all areas!

It wont matter if Garrett and the entire coaching staff is released. The problem exist higher up in the organization. Ever since this owner bought the team we have had some very talented coaches and the results continue to be the same. Jason Garrett in my opinion is a very solid coach, but when the front office contradicts your personnel decisions and what should or should not be done the coach is not in control of the team. Go listen to Troy's comments about how this franchise is managed different than ALL other franchises in the NFL and until that changes, this team will produce the exact same results as they have since Jerry Jones purchased this team.
It's sad that we probably have the most talent of any team in the NFL and we are below a 500 average and then our division is even more pitiful considering the Cowboys are still in first place.
There, so eat your popcorn and blast away at my comments, but I think this is the truth in my eyes.
