I have a good one for the oven or pan fry which ever you prefer. I call it Skips Crappie Cakes and here is the link to my recipes page. Also have some good tarter sauce and other good eats so check it out! DJ I use to do that with red snapper when I lived in Corpus and all I did was marinate it in Lawry's herb and garlic with a touch of red pepper. Was good stuff! http://thumpitjigs.com/Recipes.html
