You're going to have to give me the rundown on this one Mag, I want to hear the explanation for that. Did they weld the outside first with the subarc and then go inside and backgouge it?

You're going to have to give me the rundown on this one Mag, I want to hear the explanation for that. Did they weld the outside first with the subarc and then go inside and backgouge it? Has a full mist extractor, so you cant access the head from inside. GMAW Full Pen FCAW Hot Pass Sub Arc They screwed up the flux hot pass, lack of fusion pretty much 360°. Had a hand gouge it from the outside, done a pretty good job on it. Well, this idiot honeycombs the whole dayuuum thing, so we just cut the head off and Re Do

Buddy, tell me about It! The Cat they have running our shop, just learned about Pre Heating and Temp Stiks last month 🤦â€â™‚ï¸ I can't believe the amount of outside inspectors that come in nowadays and ask what a temp stick is.

Ours have to pass certs on all metals we weld/

We do BigBob, 6g will get you in the top dolla. I dont get how some of these Cats can pass an Arkansas Bellhole, then cant even lay down a Flat Weld  🤨 Hire Supervisors that cant read prints or know welding procedures. " I dont know how too do your Job, but my manual says your doing it Wrong"  Just might have too go work for Ron in Okie Land next year
