When Casting a 16th Oz. Jig, What Kind Of Knot For Braid Do You Recommend? I Am Not Sure If A Loop Knot Is Sustainable For Braid.
Thank You.

I used a loop knot for years till I got Livescope. That jig hanging level makes not a tinkers damn to the fish. I've tried it all the way from the front of the eye to the back...they still bite it.

Palomar is what I use most of the time because it is easy and quick to tie.

I Agree With Gamblinman here. It Seem's That On Occasion The Loop Knot Does Not Serve The Purpose It Was Intended For. I Am Going To Try Perfecting The Palomar Knot.
Thank You For The Input Every Body And Have A Merry Christmas.

Wanted To Add That I Tied An Improved Clinch Knot {50 lb. Braid} Too A 1/32nd oz. Jig Multiple Times And IT WILL NOT SLIP, Debunking The Theory That Improved Clinch Knots Can't Be Tied Too Braid. { I Was Told It Would Not Hold }.
