I remember my first night, it was a couple months ago. Wish I could say it gets easier fast but it doesn’t. I’m just now starting to sleep better and getting used to it.

That machine saved me. No way I was going to live that way. So I started a Mediterranean diet, jogging, quit drinking, quit smoking. Started to juice and lost lots of weight. Got off BP meds. Started sleeping better 30 days into it. Best part of it all, the boat goes faster now. May not work for everyone but it did me.

But are you really living ? I mean you have to have an octopus on your face every night ?

Lots of my family have the machines. I'm just hoping that I never need one. It's mainly overweight people, it seems. I'm not for sure that I could sleep with all that stuff on me. I gotta get out to the exercise trail....like now!

I don’t like hearing this stuff, been dragging my feet after I got my results a few weeks ago. Going back in for a fitting and over nighter again in the next couple weeks. It I’ve seen what it’s done to help the spousal unit, so that’s encouraging. This is gonna suck

I've been using it for a couple years!! you do get used to it and then you cant sleep without it!!

What type mask are you using? I found the nose pillows style mask worked best for me. Experiment with the different style mask and find the one that suites you best.

25+ years here. can't sleep without it. did a new test last year. my oxygen got so low during the night that they said it was borderline critical. It's not just about weight. I've had this since I was in my 20's. Do not take it lightly, your life can depend on it!

I tried the nose pillows, masks, everything, and I couldn’t keep them on my face. I would always wake up in the morning with the mask either completely off of me, or it would be up on my forehead. I never woke up, but apparently I would push it off my nose during the night. I never felt more rested while using it. I finally gave up and mothballed it in my closet somewhere.
