I was wanting to take my son out to Hickory Creek to try some winter crappies. Just read an article on a sewage spill in that creek. Awesome.
Thank you Lord for the gifts in my life

I have been catching a few on the bridge but nothing to write home about. Tons of bait in this area so it is hard to get the fish to bite at times.

Same here. Tons of bait but with patience and time they’ll bite.

I went after I got off work on Wednesday. the bite was very very very slow. I was reading many fish and bait. but nothing was eating. And yes I did go out on my Kayak. i enjoy going out there on my kayak. There are two places to put in close. One cost you $10.00 to enter on the South west side of the bridge and one cost $3.00 to put in on the Northeast side.

I also read about the spill In Hickory Creek. But I am hoping they have a handle on it. I normally have good results on those bridges.
