Been fighting It for a week. My sinuses feel like they have concrete in them. Headaches, coughing. We’re driving to Eureka Springs tomorrow morning for T-day. Not looking forward to that now thanks to all the snot in my face and chest.

Had the same thing a few weeks ago. Unfortunately it took a long time to get over it. Good luck.

Might try Flonase, over the counter.

Two shots in each nostril. May not cure you but may improve breathing.

Thanks. Been doing Flonase for a while. Also taking Mucinex Sinus. Dr. Prescribed a Z-pack yesterday, so now I’m taking the antibiotic. Relief can’t come soon enough.

A daily spray of Flonase and non-drowsy 10mg antihistamine will rid you of those nasty sinus infections for life!

Should have given you a steroid shot. I don’t know why but it will clear you up within hours

Get you a sinus rinse kit. Won't cure you but will give some relief. Use only distilled water!

Been doing that too, but haven’t been using distilled water.

It has to be clean water and your rinse kit needs to be cleaned with hot soapy water before each use. If not you can inject some really nasty bacteria into your sinuses. To each their own, I have used bottled water only for the rinse, think cleanliness when using. But you probably already knew this.

Try this:
1) Get you a Medicine Ball tea from Starbucks. or you can make it yourself if you have/get the ingredients. About 1C Lemonade (warmed up). Teavana tea in Peach Tranquility and Mint (2 tea bags). Steap the tea in the hot lemonade for a minute or so and then add equal parts (little more) hot water. Add about 1TBSP Honey. Stir
2) Take Echinacea. It's an herbal supplement to boost your immune system. Note that you can't take it every day because your body will build up an immunity to it. But you can take it for a week or so if necessary. I only take it when I feel a sickness coming on.

When you START feeling a sinus sickness coming on, start the above.

If it continues, then use Afrin once a day in each nostril. DO NOT TAKE THE AFRIN FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS.

This has been knocking out my sinus infections since I started doing this.
Good luck
