Hi All, is anyone willing to share a spot where I can catch a crappie or two on Grapevine? I don't want to hear any any honey holes, I am a crappie novice but I have some jigs and would like to just relax and enjoy a day out there. I was thinking about launching around Big Daddy's on my paddle board. Also is there a good time of day? Thanks in advance to anyone that replies. - Cori

If you put in at Murrel Park on that point and on around back towards the dam you will find rock piles. Love me some crappie on the rocks!!! Nuff said. Have fun.

I think he is referring to the tires in front of the marinas.

I found them in front of the green dock. Three feet down. Chartreuse and red jig.

Grapevine is one of the toughest main lake winter lakes I know. The marinas are usually good during the winter.
