Well Wired2Fish reported that Austin Potts, one of the two men in the jon boat has been arrest for "The man charged in Ft. Cobb Lake boat-ramming incident has been arrested in Arkansas for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain control and refusal to submit to chemical test. Austin D. Potts of Oakland, Ark. was arrested on Nov. 7, 2019 in Marion County." I hope like hell they throw the book at this guy and get him off the street and water.

UPDATE: Nov. 22, 2019: 9:05AM CST — Kenny Russell, father of Jacob Russell, whose boat was rammed in the incident on Ft. Cobb Lake, reached out to us with an update. "I am the father of the young man driving the Nitro," Russell said. "I received a call on Monday from OHP saying that Potts was arrested in Arkansas and that after his arraignment and his bond he would be detained and held for Caddo County to extradite him to Oklahoma to be arrested for the felonies he faces here. OHP confirmed that Caddo County would go get him."

Excellent news. Get him off the street and water. He deserves everything the law allows and his victims deserve justice. With that said, I hope he can find Christ in prison and turn his life around. So often I just want the book thrown at people like that and let that be the end of it. But the only difference in him and me is that when I was a drunk I never hit anyone, and then I found Christ and my life was changed. To his victims I hope you don't take what I said wrong. You absolutely deserve justice. I'm just thankful I've been saved from the justice I deserve too and pray he can find eternal forgiveness while in prison.

Good news right there!

I know a lot of guys who carry with them out on the water. Those jackA's were lucky they didn't pick the wrong fisherman to harass
