Well i went to Cedar Hill Park today and they have the north ramp and camping area closed for a complete rework . So the lady in the office said.
I would agree with you , but then we would both be WRONG !!!!!

If you are referring to the constitutional amendment that would prevent the legislature from taking money that is supposed to go to state parks and using it for other needs, then yes, that amendment passed earlier this month.

Good question. In 2007, House Bill 12 was passed and signed by the governor. Evidently, being a non constitutional amendment, it was over turned by some legislature after it was passed. But the new funding measure is a constitutional amendment and can only be changed by a vote of the people.
