I wouldn't use a jig head for a wacky rig. sure it would work, but i could think of much lighter, more realistic and less expensive ways that would be more effective.

Normally you wouldn't need a heavy wire hook for wacky rigging a trick worm or Senko-type bait. I typically throw a wacky rig weightless unless I am targeting suspended fish in deeper or if the wind is really blowing. In those cases I might use a light jig head. I like this one the best.

Like David said, the Z-Man jig head would probably work but that particular jig head is best suited for small soft plastic swim baits. That's why it has the keeper barbs on the collar. Hope this helps.
