So far so good in this new hood. Most seem to be 30-50yrs old. Very friendly without prying and being all up in your business. All keep their yards sharp and such. Enjoy visiting with them when I see them. A large amount of the Southlake/Roanoke/Trophy Club soccer moms which is a good thing.  You move a lot, lol. Gotta move when the heat is on. Witness protection program...I went all Tekashi 9 on Scagnetti.

I live on a corner lot and my neighbor is a 23 year old kid that makes about $300K. His parents made him move out and told him to buy a house. So he did. Super nice kid, but he does nothing socially that I know of. Has a cute girl that comes over and he mows his lawn almost weekly. Otherwise I never see or hear him.
