Improved once I got my new 8' fence installed. The two married chicks two doors down are cool. 2 single gals across the street are nice brought over cookies Sunday. 2 up from them 3 nurses living together so not bad.

Neighbor right behind me has a very loud barking dog, I had to discuss it with them a few years ago when they let it bark too long. Since then they only let it bark for a minute or so, but it’s still annoying. No issues with any others but I wouldn’t say we are all buddies, pretty much keep to ourselves

Pretty much same as you Derek. One grills almost every weekend and the other is new but a hunter and fisherman who is our age. The one behind me likes his Gonja and another is a Ham radio operator with a 60ft. tower.

Lived in the same home for 22 years and only have an issue around the corner. Junk city and crazy stuff in their yard for sale, At least it's not within eyesight.

I really don’t have neighbors, it a little over three miles to the nearest one, so yeah, i consider them good.

closest one is about a mile up the road, great folks.
she is chinese and fun to talk to, he does something for hollywood and travels a lot.
the wife will call me when he is out of town if she has something break or needs help. they have taken me to dinner a few times.

we tend to stay to ourselves out here and that is a good thing.

Good neighbors overall. A few that help others with their projects, loan tool etc...oh and driveway beers occasionally

The Hispanic lady across the street to the right of me always waves at me..she is cool..
The dude and his chica to the right of me are worthless .I hate them
To the left of me is an old widow..I never see her much
