Meh, if we’re talking about the most flavorful of each, I’ll have to side with brisket. At least with the brisket, you can have multiple options with it. (Tortillas, bread, etc)
I do like me some prime rib though.

My cardiologist would not approve, but I could probably eat steak nearly every day!

If the whole cow could be steak, that's what we would have. Brisket is an inferior cut of meat. It's not even eatable without some kind of slow cooker. Grind it up for burgers We slaughter a big steer every year and this is what we do with the brisket. If I happen to decide I want to cook one I’ll buy it. I do have the tri tips whole. I like the flavor of tri tip better than brisket.

Whatever you can do with a brisket you can do with a steak. Can you imagine having a chopped beef sandwhich that was chopped ribeye, or a chicken fried ribeye, ribeye tacos or fajitas, ribeye burnt ends, I could go on but I am getting hungry.

I used to smoke briskets and then eat the left overs for 4-5 days in some form of sliced brisket, brisket sandwich, chopped beef baked potato, brisket nachos, and eggs/brisket. That is a recipe for BB (brisket burnout) so now I just vacuum seal half of the brisket after I smoke it, toss it in the freezer, and then sous vide it a few weeks later once I'm ready. Works for the wife and I.
