Heading down to Corpus this weekend and am taking the kayak with me. I was just curious to see if someone could point me in the right direction to find fish. I am planning to fish Corpus, Portland, Aransas Pass and Rockport area. I have the basics topwaters, swimbaits and gulp shrimp and will use live bait if necessary. Anyways, thanks for any help!

Get a hooksetter wade and paddle map. Save you a ton of time.

OP this weekend looks like it could be tough. Front blowing in Friday pm. I'd fish along the edges of deeper channels or the ICW. Jig your Gulps on the bottom. May need to go to 1/4 oz jig head. Be careful and watch the wind forecast. Right now Windfinder is showing NNE winds gusting to 25 early Saturday tapering off in the afternoon.

You get out of it what you put into it!
