The NFLs brand is in severe trouble. Off the field murder, drugs, elevator beatings, killing teammates while driving drunk, and now aggravated assault on the field. This following the Kneeling kerfuffle is going to result in more lost fans, advertisers, reduced TV contracts, and thus less money. They need to get on this quick and get to the bottom of it. I would not be surprised if Garrett is kicked out of the league as part of damage control.

Let’s see. The QB attempted to take his helmet off, but was unsuccessful. The other guy succeeded in the removal of the helmet. All of a sudden the QB teammates ( at least 3) start attacking the guy and he used the helmet as a defense mechanism and he is the bad guy? The QB put himself in that situation by edging on the fight, he should walked away. What about the guy that stomp on his head, then punched him in the head while he was laying face down. He should be suspended indefinitely for inciting a riot. “Defensive mechanism”

He will say Rudolph called him a racial slur, all will be forgiven. This is probably coming but the guy who went after MG is Markese Pouncey who is kind of an outspoken liberal Nancy boy psycho like all of em so if he heard it he maybe doesn’t go after MG. He kneeled with Colin the joke kapeatnik A guy could have got killed with a swinging helmet last night, and all you can bring to the table is political drivel? Nothing in your statements has a dang bit of relevance to what happened last night or could excuse what happened last night. Geez man, is your mind wrapped up in politics 24/7? What a miserable waste of time. Face it with some wisdom, and realize that there is absolutely no place for what Myles Garrett did last night in the NFL. And for that action he is about to get one of the harshest if not the harshest disciplinary actions ever levied by the NFL... and deservedly so. Terrible display, and really bad for the game. Agree. This clown goes right into talking about politics when we are talking about football? What a jackwagon. Yup, talks a lot but never says anything.

People said the same thing over kneeling a few years back NFL dominates on TV...by a mile. Ratings are excellent. Garrett will play again, probably after 4 games into next tear. He is not a thug. He let his emotions get out of control and rud something stupid. He will get past this as will the NFL. They are always quick to hand out punishment for on the field stuff. Its their norm. The kneeling issue did not affect the NFL near as much as detractors say. Players are still kneeling. The real issue the NFL is facing is poor officiating.

Agree with Mark as always. I will say Garrett owned what he did, said it was embarrassing and inexcusable. He’s not a bad kid. I know his HS coach Bob Wager and Myles has been nothing but a classy kid for a while. When he first entered the NFL as a 1st round pick and a couple of years into his NFL career the coaches said he was too nice. They deemed him soft and he needed to get a little meaner and nastier. Well, here we are, looks like he accomplished that task.

Not that any of that is a bad thing but he is not a drinker or party type from what they showed on Hard Knocks and other interviews. He is a bit reclusive and introverted.

I hate to admit it but there have been times in my life that I may have reacted in a similar stupid way, it just wasn’t on national television-
What has happed to you does not define who you are-
HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!

Mason Rudolf needs to be suspended also, he started the ruckus by pulling on Garrett's helmet, and then continued the fight after his helmet was pulled off. Garret swung in self defense.

This ^^^^^^^ Sect defense? Bullscat. I know you love the cowboys but rudolph did start a lot of this whole deal by trying to pull Garrett's helmet off first. I am not in anyway saying that justifies what Garrett did. Rudolph does have part in this tho. if you want to stop things like this then you have to stop both sides.
