I used American Canvas Products on North Main in Fort Worth for my Champion several years ago. They did a good job at a fair priced IMO. Getting ready to have them do another for a new to me smaller boat

Need to find out who makes the phoenix boat cover. It’s by far the easiest to use and dang good cover. Has 2 built in ratchet straps and a pole system takes no time to assembly.

My cover ( that will not fit ) has the same as you mention, it is a nice cover, I think the gigantic Ultrex and the double graphs up front keep it from fitting. I do not use a cover very often but it is nice to have when I put the boat up for winter or when it rains all night before a trip.

Someone on another forum suggested to just have my original cover altered, anyone ever had this done ? That would be great idea if I can find someone to do it.

If the cover is still good just get a canvas/ upholstery company to modify the cover to fit over the graphs and ultrex. I had to have my brand new factory cover on my skeeter modified before it would work. I don't remember the exact charge but it was less than $150. It works great. I had it done in Tyler and Nautical Mile marine set the whole thing up so I don't know the company that actually did it. I'm sure there are a bunch of people up in the metroplex that do it. Call fun and sun or one of the boat dealers up there. I bet they will give you a referral.

I have to slide my ultrex down every time but I barely have enough room.

I bought one from Skeeter and it fits my FX21 like a glove and is very high quality!
Not cheap!

Try dallascanvas.net (find them on FaceBook). They custom made a cover for my Gambler a few yers ago and I was impressed with the fit. I chose sun really canvas, but if I had it to do over again, I would have gone with a vinyl type material so I could do long hauls with it. They are in DAllas her Royal and 35E.

LET’S GO BRANDON!!!

I have a phoenix and had my cover modified locally it goes around my graph, around my ultrex around my 360 and he did a bunch of extra reinforcing basically at EVERY single place my cover touches a non flat surface like over the cleats etc..

Its been working great. I tighten it so tight that the front was splitting out at the very peak of the boat so I waited until that got as far as it seemed it was going to go and took it back and had him reinforce it, not the cover is a fine fitting work of art.

Phoenix sent me a bunch of backer and cover material for free when I asked if I could send the cover to the maker for modification for the ultrex. I have enough for many repairs even after all the work that Ive had done.
