I think it was posting pics of hot chicks holding fake fish. One of them did threaten to sue me. No lie. She eventually came clean though. Wound up being a very nice conversation. Decent young lady who made a bad judgement call. Actually she was most concerned about the fact people were claiming she had man hands. Man *hand. Only one looked like a man hand, which made the whole deal more curious. Shameful.

OK, now that no one is looking, who did what to who? Was thinking about some Operation Game Thief busts done because dummies posted pictures of their illegal catches. Social Media = Game Warden's best asset this day and age.

If any of y'all ever find yourselves in a situation where you might need a criminal law attorney, here's a very important tip. Do not, do NOT, DO NOT post details about the alleged crime/incident/problem in any electronic medium. Don't send details via text, email, Facebook messenger, TFF PM, etc. Don't post anything about it in ANY social media. Avoid discussing details over a cellphone if possible.
Any information that you want to keep confidential needs to be restricted to face to face meetings if humanly possible. New case on this or just practical advice? I've always understood emails were privileged?

I've always understood emails were privileged? Practical advice after being annoyed at someone whining about how unfair it was to be busted this way (not a case related to me, I just happened to hear the person complaining to someone else in a public place). But it still holds true for someone who is being investigated for something that they didn't do, or where police might be trying to overcharge the person, etc. Privileged, yes. But they go through the company that owns it - Google, Yahoo, whoever, and law enforcement can get a warrant for those, just as they can get your phone records. Gusick is probably right regarding encryption, but I place very little faith in anything electronic - if it can be programmed or coded, someone else can break into it.

And use a plastic drop sheet, a revolver so there are no casing left and a vat of sulfuric acid.

The Trump balloon slasher just keeps giving media interviews about why he did it. I guess the words "felony conviction" haven't sunk in yet.
He is truly a sick individual.

Maybe that's how her hand and arm had to be replaced with a donor Squatch limb. Was biting into a burger with those chompers and freakishly chewed off her arm.
