It’s not illegal.

THC is however, and CBD can contain up to .3% THC. I'm sure you knew what he meant though....

I believe the limit allowed in Texas is considered undetectable.

And just because it's legal doesn't mean your employer can't still pop you for the THC on a drug test.

I know it works. Had pretty bad knee pain and started taking it and knee pain went away. I forgot to take it one day and went walking around Lowes and couldn't figure out why my knee was hurting. Remembered that I forgot the CBD oil. Took it when I got back home and 30 minutes later, the pain was gone. I actually have a torn meniscus in the knee that I need to get surgicized.
Nagging back pain went away as well.

Also, I feel that it helped me keep a clear head at work throughout the day. Was able to concentrate better.

I do believe that it depends on what brand you get. If it didn't work for you, try a different brand.

I posted on here a year ago about it and it went about 7 pages long. Herniated disc, L-3, L-4 and L-5. It works like a champ for me. Wife takes it for anxiety and in place of black cohosh for menopause. I’m still home, it helps her tremendously!! We swear by it, Hempworx 750.

Do you think it's allowed to purchase from other states (online) that allow higher concentrations and ship to Texas?
Maybe could buy a better product from California, Colorado or some others?

Mine comes from Las Vegas.

Yes, I know CBD is legal. But for someone who can lose their job for a hot drug test, that .3% THC can be problematic.

Im all for it I guess I should have said it like this I can't risk taking it and getting busted on a drug test so I guess I mean I will have to wait till you can get a rx for it or they don't test for it I don't know.

A friend of mine is a professional athlete and takes the same product as me. He has personally shown me the drug test results and has been taking the exact same product longer the me. It has not showed up on his results. Find a good reputable and quality product and it shouldn’t be a problem. However I do see why you’d be apprehensive to try it.

Too lazy to look it up and there will be at least 10 experts on here so here is my question - if a person uses it for air travel for anxiety, can you take it through airport security and is it illegal in some states were you could be arrested if you have it on you?

Go!

My sister uses a topical on her shoulder. She claims it gives more relief than the meds the docs give her.

She also has gummies she takes. Claims that she has problems waking up if she takes them before bed. Has anyone else had this experience?
