Im about done with deer hunting and would like to catch a few crappie. Has anyone been and if so has it been a decent bite?

Yes it was cold 20 degrees when I launched and water 55 deg.

Thanks Stratos for the report. Iām not much of a crappie fisherman but still try to hit up pines a few times in the winter.

If this cold weather continues just look for the crowds at the dam end of the lake.
