I've spent more time at the deer lease and less time in on the water lately.....with that said, I've got a full 20 gallon tank of non-ethanol fuel sitting idle for three weeks.
Is there any need to add any fuel treatment to it other than my normal Merc Quick Clean?

Yes, never hurts. You can use the water treatment instead of the Ethanol treatment. Be sure to flush the fill line with some gas. That stuff will eat rubber as it has a low spot in all fill lines.

YEP. People get way too concerned about fuel because of the horror stories and false rumors that seem to be the "normal" these days.

My rule of thumb is this:

Fuel is fine if it is under 6 months old.
Always use a fuel stabilizer (StaBil) in any fuel that may be subject to long term storage.
Buy fuel where they sell a LOT of it. Less chance of water in the tanks.
NEVER buy fuel if they are getting a fuel delivery. This stirs the tanks and you are more likely to get water or other contaminates.

I agree, never hurts to make a $10-$15 investment in your boat. Plus the conditioners hep keep the engine clean and create less carbon. So why not? Better safe than sorry. Some of the guys telling you not to may be on here asking what's wrong with their engine sooner than later.

He said he was going to add Quick Clean and that was to 3 week old (non-ethanol) fuel and asked if he needed to add something else. He doesn't need to add anything else to it. Three week old fuel is not old.

I add Seafoam to my fuel with every fill up because it helps keep the carbon from building up in then engine.

Explain what is in StaBil or any other fuel stabilizer. And how does it stabilize the gas

I was more referring to fuel conditioners, not just stabil. And there are plenty of independent videos on the internet and youtube showing how it indeed does reduce and help clean carbon build up, thus helping the life of the engine. So for $15 why wouldn't you on your big investment?

I do see what he originally said now.

The whole fuel additive thing is mind blowing these days. There are 20 for every scenario. I'm not saying they are all junk but I believe most are a waste of money and I'm skeptical of the other 1%. I've looked for some independent data on many of the more popular additives out there to show they actually work. I've never been able to find anything valid. Its all manufacturer propaganda. I'm open to being wrong, but I would need to see the data to prove it.

Why do you run super? Is your motor modified in some way that you need to run super instead of regular?

Just like expiration dates on bottled water. Hasn't the gas been in the ground for thousands of years? I have been skeptical of adding additives too, but I use stabil in the winter and Yamalube most of the time. I don't know if it makes any difference.
