If everything else isn’t warm your fingers don’t stand a chance. Additionally I’d you layers cut off circulation to your hands it will make it worse.

That being said I’m super cheap and the $5 Academy gloves work fine for me.

I use the thin ua gloves with the sticky dots on the palm. Slide a had warmer packet on top of your hand it warms the blood going to your fingers! Works great!

Buy some 2$ pair of gloves from Wally World. Cut the finger tips out.

I like wearing nitrile/latex gloves. Sometimes I’ll layer wind stopper fingerless gloves over them. If it’s real cold I’ll put hand warmers in my pockets to warm up.

I have ultra sensitive to cold fingers so I've tried everything for hunting, fishing, and working on the ranch. Like a lot of cold gear, layers works best for me.

I use roping gloves. Buy in bulk cheap. I carry several pair and peel them off and replace when they get wet. Usually just have to replace one that grabbed the fish. No left right. They should fit tight on your hand. don't get the loose fitting ones that have a left/right. They so cheap you can experiment with cutting finger tips out etc, throw away , lose them whatever.

I also have a pair of oversize crab claw style mittens to put on over the gloves when running across the lake, I sometimes put hand warmer packets down in the bottom of those big mittens to curl my fingers around.

Those BIG mittens to put over thinner tight fitting cloves works best for me because the thin gloves give me the tactical feel and mittens with warmer packs gives me the warm up relief.

I got these in Alaska. They are wool, warm, and getting them wet does not affect them keeping my hands warm.

I wear fleece fingerless gloves while fishing. When driving I have another pair that are wind and waterproof and real warm. I also keep a couple of pair of Moritz gloves in the boat in case a pair gets wet.

Slip a small Hot Hands packet in the glove and you will be amazed how it will keep your hands warm.
