going to lake amistad in the spring. what is a good motel with boat parking and electricity?

Ramada in town works for me. Good breakfast in the morning and decent boat parking with electrical in the back lot. Cold beer also!

That’s the only place I’ve stayed, since everything else by the lake shut down.


And I know it wasn’t asked, but I’d go anyplace else before I went to Amistad. Unless it’s a tournament and you have to go there. It’s pretty bad these days.

Call Tommy Shields at River St. Lodge. Lots of trailers and cabins. All have kitchens full size Refrigerators, covered parking and very secure .830-734-3248

thanks for the info on the motel. as for the fishing im sure that there are better lakes but went there in the early summer and caught a boatload of fish, had a great time.
