On that screen Barkley looked like he had another gear that was WOW. He just took off. That kid is quick!

There was only one guy last night on the Giants that could beat Dallas, and Shurmur made sure he didnt get the touches. Barkley is not used properly. I hope they keep Shumur. Barkey had 14 carries for 28yds and 6 receptions for 67yds(including the 65yd reception) Looking at it he had 20 touches and with the exception of that 65yd catch he was pretty well bottled up. He averaged 2yds per run and taking away the 65yd catch he had less than half a yd per catch. Basically he had 30yds on 19 touches. I think that was more a result of Dallas shutting him down. He was pretty ineffective for the most part. Eggzactly. Barkley was ineffective. But then everything they did was ineffective. Barkley is good for one or two splash plays a game. It is really a shame his talent will be wasted on the Giants.

I will say that I've criticized Zeke but he's looked much better these last 2 games - back to his old self. Still not worth what we're paying, but at least we're getting what we thought we would. When you really look at his contract it's not as bad as it was made out to be and the Cowboys have an out after 4 years. I might add too that with the new players agreement and expected increase in the cap it'll all work out well.

Game was much closer than the score indicates. Cowboys can’t give up easy turnovers against the upcoming competition on the schedule and expect to come out winners. I think they’ll get throttled by the vikings the way they’re playing.

call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

Am I going to work more than 14 more months (can't make up my mind)? How long before I get the new truck I'm jonesing for? I wouldn't ask but my own crystal ball is in the shop with a busted transmission.

Cows can play with any of them. They do need to play better than last night. All your super teams got whipped this weekend. I think we were one of a short list that won on the road

Cowboys won, defense looked pretty decent again. Sean Lee proved he can still play. Haven’t read the whole thread but they need to stop their slow starts. Don’t think Cooper is 100% still. Dak’s 1st pass wasn’t very good but he was pretty good after that. Zeke looked good and had some great blitz pickup blocks plus a great block on a Pollard run. Bennet is going to help the D-line, O-Line looked great in pass pro. They looked a little rusty after the bye week but I think they will win at least 6 of their last 8 and go 11-5. Playoffs, they’ll have trouble. But when good teams have a chitty game and still win by 20 is a positive!! Coach Hark’s assessment of the game FWIW.

11-5? I don’t see any way this team finds a way to win 6 out of the next 8. As of today only the Boys have given the least points in the NFC except for SF. They’re 2nd in the NFC in points allowed and 4th in points scored. They were pretty bad last night and still scored 37 points. I actually think they have a solid defense. I’m not claiming they’re going to the Super Bowl but they’re in a weak division and if you want to admit or not they’re a pretty good football team. They may not got 11-5 but it’s my opinion and mine only, 11-5.
