To win you need something distinctly different with a catchy name. I suggest adding a can of alphabet soup or two with the juice drained first, and some Ex Lax. Name it ‘Letter Rip’! roflmao

A friend gave me 3 packages of Bison hamburger meat. Has anybody tried it. I am wanting to make some Red with it. What do you think?

Bison meat is delicious. Never had it in chili, but I’ve made bison burgers and bison ribeyes. Both are delicious.

give it a try but bison is a lean meat, chili needs a little fat

A good balance of front end and back end heat works great. The gravy needs to be red and the meat needs to be the best you can get (80/20 chuck at minimum).
