...you have one of those epic days! Saturday was definitely one of those days! Talked to Tboxfish Friday evening and since it was going to be frigid cold Saturday morning, we opted to do breakfast about 8:30 and then hit the water. We launched about 9:45 and fished until about 3. Todd started the day and finished the day dropping a 2.5" Tadpole in Monkey Business. I started the day dropping a new experimental color in a 2" Tadpole. While I was catching a lot of fish, they simply were not the size that Todd was catching! I made the switch to a 2.5" Tadpole in Ice Shad and BAM! my first 2 lber of the day! We finished the day with 34 and on four occasions we doubled up with 1.75 to 2 lb fish! Another bonus of the day was the fact that we never had to get the boat on plane and freeze! As a matter of fact, we never got out of sight of the boat ramp. We stuck to 28-35 FOW and caught most of the Big Uns at 20-25' down. Days like Saturday do not come often, so I thank the good Lord for them. Great times, great fish with alright company! It was a good day tater! (By the way, when the Todd finishes tweaking the new color....it is going to be a sure winner!)

Fork still holds great fish. Palestine has been tough with the wind. Not too excited with upcoming Artic Blast! Thanks again for sharing!
