Next the OT trail will be heading down south, all the way to the old Mexican border and to Falcon Lake for the SuperBowl&SuperBass outing! Tentatively to be hosted January 31st thru Feb. 5th.

This IS over Super Bowl Weekend! We will announce the exact location soon but it has a large TV for watching the game with the whole gang!

We did this last year and it was quite a great trip. The fishing was good (I got my PB 9.7) and the weather was nice. Its a great time of the year to stick a real hog.

Mark your calendars fellas. Super Bowl&Super Bass only happens once a year!

I will not be watching the foosball game, but I may drag my boat down to falcon for the fishing part of this.

I will enjoy having the lake to myself while everyone else is watching the Cowboys in the sooopahbowl.

Well the game does not start till almost dark... you know the 10 hours of hype. So we will be in to see kick off.

Hopefully this years game is better than last years snoozefest of match up. Was great being down there with the guys, catching big fish and drinking beer in our flip flops in February and taking in the big game... but that game sucked!

This year with the Cowboys in it...should be great!

Hey Dan, did you guys fish from your yacks at Falcon? I've always wanted to make the trip, but I'm a "tin man" and don't know enough about the lake to know if my G3 would be practical or not.

Plenty of protected areas in Tigres if the weather looks unpredictable

I'm not concerned about cover Doc, I have all the toys (Ulterra, Talons, etc.) to fish wind but not into longs runs across the lake.

There’s a $4 in the mailbox launch from the bank in Tigres/Beckwith Arm
The area is huge, enough to keep you busy for a week.
