Wanting to see which one of you Baseball guru's might be able to answer this. I see that there is a distinct possibility that no home team could win the series. Has this ever happened before? Not that much into baseball is why I am asking.

I think if you look it up the visiting team has one almost as often as home team.
I remember one of the announcers saying it was about 48% of the time the visiting team closed out the win.

I think what I am asking is this. No home team has won a game so far. If the Nats go on to win the series then that will mean that no game was won by a "home" team and the visiting team won each game. Has that ever happened before?

I'm not sure about the whole series but they said last night it's been since the 30s that there was 5 in a row not won by a home team.

I believe i read that it would be the first time for that to ever happen.
