My doctor told me to not believe everything i read on the internet. I just cannot i.agine anything wrong with a fried catfish. I bake , grill and even microwave catfish also. Ok microwave catfish are awesome. My recipe is salt and pepper and then roll the fillet in mayo. Place in micriwave safe plate and nuje it for 5 minutes. If i have noone to share fish eith i will nuje them for my alone meals which are faily common for me.
