Very simple,no need to over think things here,grout-scout simply stated or at least I believe what he said was Pro Fishing was one of the last sports that to be a success in your career you had to actually excel in it,you know win money!Oh and then there is the Man Crush thing going on from some posters.I will say this very plainly so even those from Iowa can understand "I have no problem with someone having another opinion,but don't try to tell me on an open forum I can't have a different one!"I for one just don't like the format.Totally up to me whether I watch it or not and I more than likely wont ever tune in,because of what I did watch just didn't do it for me.I thought the purpose of a forum was so people could come on here ask questions,share ideas,give opinions and the like.Just to make my post clear no one from MLF has cut me off at the lake or ever made me mad that I know of,those guys are some of the best fisherman around,I just don' like the trail they opted to fish.Good luck to them,but while I'll stick to Bassmaster coverage,that doesn't mean I won't have an opinion when this subject comes up,after all that's why some of us are here!

The format is different and not everyone is going to like it. I think most people understand that. I haven't read every reply on every MLF thread. But i haven't seen anyone criticize somebody for not liking it. I don't have an issue with anyone posting there opinion on it. Good or bad. What i get tired of seeing are the handful of people that get on every MLF/BPT board and just start bashing it. And when they do, most of their complaints are made up bs. 99% of the post from people who don't like it are just people stating their opinion. I haven't seen anyone have a problem with that

Would you like the definition of socialism? First, fishing is NOT a major sport. Second, the actual MAJOR sports all make revenue from apparel, ticket sales, endorsements, ect...therefore they don't need entry fees. I just find it humorous at the amount of butt-hurt that takes place among those supportive of the bpt format when the majority of the posts on here are against it. No one is telling you not to like it. But if someone is going to bring up the topic, I would probably quit being so sensitive and be prepared to hear people's opinion.
A quick look at post history revealed that just under 50% of your posts (24 out of 50) since April have been taking issue with BPT\MLF. Also worth noting that YOU SIR brought the BPT into this thread, it was never mentioned prior to your holy grail comment. MLF and BPT are certainly thankful for your efforts, a thread about BASS and FLW quickly turned into an MLF BPT deal again.  This made me chuckle
