How much do they weigh?
I have been thinking about inviting a so called "Bigfoot Seeker" to a blanket party in his honor and was wondering if they are heavy enough to hold someone down so I can fully focus on the task at hand. With getting older, I need maximize all my expended energy . TreeFiddy I was asking about the blanket, not the so called "Bigfoot Seeker"!!! Oh my mistake, nevermind...

How about that "My Pillow" guy he puts a guarantee on a good night sleep. I HATE that my pillow garbage. The ex GF had those and man they sucked. Felt like a pillow filled with packing peanuts. Suckfest. F him and his pillow and his giant cross poping out of his shirt. Minnesota jack wagon... hate that guy and his pillows. I'm with Judge Dan. I would never buy one because he creeps me out. That's all I would think about is that creep while trying to go to sleep. The cross and the hair coming out of the shirt. Yelling in that Yankee accent about how he promises your best night sleep ever....he is creepy. And this from a guy who sleeps with a Derek blanket!

Start with good sleep habits.
Daily exercise
Healthy eating habits
No caffeine after 5pm
No tobacco
Liquor does not provide quality sleep
Quiet and dark sleeping environment (no TV in bedroom)
Prayer and or meditation prior to going to bed
See your primary care physician. I'd rather not sleep. No joke, rested up for what?

Im with Fishin Nut, the CPAP machine on, lights out 8 hours every night without fail.

I say the 23rd Psalms if I have trouble sleeping. Never got through it twice before lights out. It gives me peace of mind, and asleep I go

My wife has one and swears by them. Me, I can't fall asleep without my CPAP machine. I love My Pillow!! I have a CPAP as well but, still toss and turn! what's up with that? Seems I cant sleep with either one maybe I will try that weighted blanket!!

AMBIEN works like a champ Ambien, is closer to getting knocked out with a baseball bat than actual natural sleep. (It basically knocks out your frontal cortex) I occasionally take it when I travel internationally, when even bad sleep is better than no sleep, but beyond that you've got to be really careful with that stuff! Your brain will not go through the deep sleep and REM cycles it needs to function normally.
