What percentage would be allocated to each group or is there a designation?

What percentage would be allocated to each group or is there a designation? I have not seen the actual wording of the bill and it could change, but TPWD indicates the allocation of the funds would be split 93% TPWD and 7% THC. Texas Historic Commission approval is required for lots of the work that TPWD does so that is probably the reason they wanted to be able to expend some of the money on THC work.
