Man it was tough! I fished my brains out for 4 days and caught 5 fish total but 2 counted!

Weighed a 2.45 on Saturday in the 11am hour and finished 3rd. Weighed in a 1.95 this morning in the 8am hour and was bumped from the $ with 5 seconds to go before the cutoff but ended up 11th and won a Abu Garcia Revo reel.

Impressive was the amount of solid unders weighed in both days.

Still, had a great time and except for the post front blue bird skies, the weather was great!

Can’t wait for the next one!

The out of no where fog that rolled in today was crazy!

I agree, fish it all the time. 2# Unders are hard to come by. Alot of money is won in 5 fish tournaments with (5) 1.70-1.80 lbers. It's not a game for everyone, but for me, it's fun and challenging. Best 5 Under fish stringer I have personally ever seen weighed in weighed 10.45 lbs.

The changing weather conditions made it tough for me. Had a little breeze Saturday Morning and it made a difference on how I was fishing. Saturday morning 4 in the first 1.5 hrs had a 2.63 and a 2.04. won the 9AM Hour and 18th in the 10AM Hour. Fished by myself Saturday caught 7, Me and my buddy fished yesterday and caught 9. With no wind Sunday only caught 3 dinks on that spot., Then the fog rolled in and couldn't run safely, so we fish one cove and found a few in the dirt. Had on just over 16" by the corner of his tail when pinched and swiped on one side. Not worth trying even though one side was good. All in all a good weekend boated 16 fish and had fun.

Truth!

My partner & I had 11.97 of Unders to win a JCO event in Feb 2013. It was the biggest sack of Unders on Fork until the following year when two guys in Champs had 12.50!!

Cool Ken....Heck of a sack. The 10.45 I saw was caught Sept. 7th of this year. By Greg Allen and Hunter Smith in the Victory Tournament. We got 2nd with 9.26 and I was happy with that.

That fog bank that rolled in looked like “The End of Times”. LOL

It locked us down for little bit. I wasn’t taking a chance
We caught a few good slots but mostly rats. We did have one nice little one around 3lb that was just over 16”

Saturday was brutal for me. Only caught 2 little ones. Changed up a little Sunday and caught 12. Ran from around Axtons to weigh in during the fog. Everyone was being safe. Tied for 3rd that hour.

You should buy my lunch for beating my short-lived record bag of Unders! I see you're in Keller?
