Lake Fork - Report Had an good ole boy from Oklahoma that hadn’t done much crappie fishing drive in and join me today. I showed him what a Texas Tailgate Party was all about! For a new crappie angler he caught right on fast. I kept him in 18’ of water and he fished primarily 10 to 14’ down. BoneHead Tackle Brush Glider is what they inhaled. Raymond caught his first limit and had 5 over 2#! He let me hold a couple of his dandies for a picture. When you got a new to crappie fishing angler eager to learn, there are those days you don’t really pick up a rod. I am fully confident that Raymond will stick some fish when he gets back to Oklahoma. Here’s a clip from the first stop this morning before the clouds moved out! #JigsOnly

I like both but prefer the 7’ if I had to choose because it’s one piece.
