There are a couple different brands available on Amazon and eBay, but not one that I have ever heard of before. The big names are just starting to introduce them. Has anyone tried one yet? If so was it worth the extra money?

Garmin is out and Lowrance is coming out soon. No interference is the benefit.

No brushes to wear out/replace is another benny. I would also think they should be quieter having no brushes.
