My older Fridge in the garage was hardly working at all towards the end of Summer. Was going to call a tech out. Since it has cooled off its working perfect again. What's wrong with it?

I would start with cleaning all the coils and everything else you can find in the back. Vacuum and some air aerosol spray should do the trick.

There is also a temperature control module located usually under a panel by the light that can go bad. It's a $40 fix and a ten minute job.

Thermostat. Google brand and model number then watch video. Order online and replace yourself. Mine cost $75 and took me 20 minutes. Works like new now and it is my garage fridge.
