Have my dad and brother in town from Indiana. We’ve been fish Ray Hubbard cause it’s close - I live in Rockwall., wanted to go to fork Sunday but Berkeley is there this weekend. Where would u go this weekend? Dad hasn’t got to fish much this year he took care of Mom 24/7 until she pasted away in August.

sorry to hear about your mom. lost my dad 38 years ago and my mom 5 years ago this month. im not a very good fisherman and rarely bass fish, although I was thinking about trying it some tomorrow on hubbard. I had a pretty productive day last Saturday however fishing sandbass and hybrids with my grandson. we just trolled little georges and chrome blue rattletraps over by the jetty at the powerplant on the lower west side of the lake. just me and an 11 year old trolling back and forth a hundred yds or so off the jetty. it can get busy and the hybrids are fun if you can luck into them. i'll be alone tomorrow so I figured I might try to catch some largemouth along the riprap rocks where the old wooden bridge used to be at the very lower east end of the lake. i'll be in a big gray targa 18 w 150hp merc. good luck wherever you guys go, and again, sorry to hear you guys loss. bryan

Thanks we caught bass on Texas righed worms black/blue and green pumpkin , crankbaits and chatter baits Shad color on the rocks and of off boat docks- today. Typical Hubbard stuff. We’re going out tomorrow morning on Hubbard for about 3 hours then have my 11 year football game up in Allen. Good luck! Thinking we might go to Grapevine or Bob Sandlin Sunday.
