I am going with in this order-

1. TGI Fridays- Everything is over salted and just not tasty at all. I am amazed they are still in business.
2. Applebees- Dirty, tasteless food with consistently bad service
3. Outback SteakHouse- Just bad all the way around.

Dishonorable mentions to- Olive Garden, Red Lobster and Chillis

I say you are wrong about Outback. They may not be the go to Steakhouse but they are far from bad. I agree with your other mentions though and will add you a Chili's on the main list with explanation mark rather than mere mentioning.

This one might not go over well but I am going to add all the restaurants that begin with Pappa, I just cant understand the price to quality ratio on these.

Outback food is okay, but pretty pricey. I

We should always be thankful for the food on our table, but I’ll be critical here

As far as sit down chain restaurants;

Dickey’s—gray inedible brisket and rubbery chicken sides out of a can
Olive Garden—an insulting reheated representation of Ameritalian food. Everything tastes like it came out of a boiled bag or a microwave. The cheese tastes weird
Cicis pizza—offensively poor quality dough, sauce, and ingredients

Forget everything I said, BigBob is right
I forgot about Ponchos—dangerously bad

I forget the name of the restaurant but they would not let me park in the To-Go spot when the parking lot was full.

Outback used to be pretty good. A buddy was a manager and would always order in bulk their different seasonings, seafood and steaks for me, good stuff. Went downhill in the last 5-7 years. Applebee's has always sucked, they are number 1 in restaurant suck.

I like every place above except for Applebees ..

so does saltgrass, outback, tx land and cattle, pretty much any of the casual "steakhouses"

steak and shake

The sickest I ever got from a restaurant was a Buffalo Wild Wings. Went with about 5 buddies and every one of us got horror show sick.

Applebee’s has cheap drinks....that’s about the only good thing about that place. Chili’s is good. Olive Garden is meh. Denny’s is pretty terrible.
