I thought the Hardware store on 154 made the best.

Have not tried this but saw this a while back. Super Big Lou Burger at Big Lou's in San Antonio. $90 burger!

I don't think you can beat a 80/20 burger with a little lawrey seasoning salt cooked over real lump charcoal (not Kingsford) at home myself.

Nothing beats a good ole hamburger cooked at home in an iron skillet and butter ! Just don’t over cook it , make them 3/4” thick and big enough to cover your bun that’s been toasted with all the trimmings and mustard on one side and mayo on the other and plenty of it !! Serve with some deep fried tator tots ! Can’t beat it !

Yep that is a tasty way of doing them as well. I do personally think the key is starting off with 80/20 beef.

We went to Rodeo Goat last night....first time for me. Will not be the last time. Both our burgers were excellent. They were cooked exactly as ordered and the fries were some of the best we have had. Good spot for a great burger.
