Calaveras in San Antonio has to be in the running for the least. I guess the redfish out competed them. I’ve tried it 4-5 times this year. I’ve caught redfish while bass fishing, but zero bass.

Meanwhile back at the ranch...

According to the American Sportfishing Association Falcon, Choke Canyon, Amistad are tops in Tejas for numbers and 'larger' keepers. Guess I need to obtain some body armor and plug up some Rosetta Stone.

Maybe 10 years ago. Falcon still qualifies though

Anyway, Fouz is correct. It's lbs per acre that matters. You guys are awesome, but I don't plan on publicly sharing my tops lakes in this category!

I fished Falcon several times a year back in the 60's. I used to keep track and they always had the highest density of fish of any lake in the state.
