Just curious how the lake is fishing? Have heard good things about it. May try and make it one afternoon this week.

eagle mountain 10-13-19 I'm sure some one is slaying them but it's been tough for me. I've been out twice in the last week had one bite each day and one fish each day. not sure if that shows how bad of a fisherman I am or how tough the lake is fishing. good luck the weather is wonderful. water temp was 71 to 72 and very stained.

Eagle Mountain - 10/13/19 - Managed to land 9 bass from 2 - 4:30 pm mid lake at the back of end of a cove going towards a creek. I fish from a Kayak and typically stay really shallow, all fish caught in less than 4' on a shakeyhead/finesse worm.

Just got off the water and caught 6 fish all day with a 4.5 pounder being the biggest they seemed to like a heavy flipping setup. The fishing will only get better as the fall blows through tons of bait are busting as of today
