Fishing is starting to shape up!
Catching a few more sandbass and hybrids now.
I'm mainly using the slab but sometimes when they're schooling on the surface a nice topwater bait can get exciting.

Sandbass seem to be holding in less than 20ft.of water but the hybrids are just schooling randomly at different depths and locations. 

Also catching some nice bluecats on shad and punch bait.

Punch bait is working good on baited spots but the shad works well too and I like to use the shad just to cast out and maybe catch bigger fish.

I have openings call Bob Holmes the original sandbass hybrid guide and still the lake record holder!
