What no guinea pig? Hear they were served like chicken there. Flying to Cusco this morning. It's on my list of foods to eat there.

What the ____ is a mofongo? Smashed plantain that is then pressed into the shape of a bowl. Then it is filled with all sorts of great food. Ate my fill when I was in Puerto Rico two weeks ago.
He is truly a sick individual.
