When we throw our Kurd allies under the bus without thinking of the consequences to them, our reputation, to the affect of releasing ISIS captives, turning people into refugees. Even our troops are placed in harms way. No warning, no strategy, just impulsive whim.

I for one am tired of watching an extended repeat of viet nam, if you are going to fight a war then go kill everyone you can and destroy anything that may help your enemy and gtfo. as for our current problem with the kurds, we have 2 allies fighting each other and one is a nato partner, which one should we side with and why? apparently turks were intent on invading and did so, we still have special forces on the ground and have not abandoned the kurds, we pulled back according to reports I have read/heard. I equate this to 2 of your best friends in a fight, which one do you back or do you just step back and let it play out? the middle east is a lost cause as far as what we have been doing, time to chit or get off the pot and either let them kill each other or go moab the snot out of them and warn of worse as you leave the smoking rubble.
