Texas will be among the very last of the states to legalize it. No it won't. OK is far more conservative and they have it. Its coming. I don't think so. Just my opinion. We will find out tbough one way or another. right now we have a governor who is very up front and vocal about his position on weed law reform (staunchly opposed). when bills get sent to committee for consideration, he publicly states that he will shoot it down. Nothing will change until voters make some changes.

Kinda the same age demographic here in Oklahoma. It's only medical pot for now. But every shop I pass by seems to confirm the age demographic. I figure if you've made it to 70 then you can do whatever you da** well please...:)
I figure the 70+ crowd remembers what it was like before it was illegal. What are the odds of olds being searched for contraband when crossing the border into Texas from Colo. Asking for a senior center planning a bus trip. Very high. Billboards for pot defense attorneys every 10-15 miles from the Co/NM state line all the way to Ft. Worth.

Medicinal is coming to Texas. May be a few years, but it’s going to happen. With it being legal in many places now the old propaganda no longer works.

Unfortunatly until it is legal at the Federal level you need to decide between using pot or owning a firearm.
